Yes, we did. I hate it. Hate it. Do your man cuddling/gee up in the dressing room; not on the pitch. If you want to engage in some last minute motivational stuff, get Nathan to flick winker signs at the opposition manager. Would have been especially appropriate against Forest.

Some post-season comments suggested team spirit was not all it could have been last season - not any surprise.It takes more than huddle to build team spirit.

The fact that our lot did it all last season then proceeded to show precious little in the way of pride or passion as soon as the game kicked off, shows it up for the meaningless gesture it is.
