One lucky Brighton & Hove Albion fan will be given the chance of a lifetime by leading the teams out live on Sky, to celebrate the launch of Mitre's new Delta Hyperseam ball for the upcoming 2015/16 season.
Albion have linked up with The Football League and its official ball supplier to search for fans who are particularly deserving to be nominated to kick off the Football League season in style.
To nominate a friend or family member who you feel is deserving of this fantastic opportunity, please email marketing@bhafc.co.uk before 12pm on Thursday 6th August.
The ball will be making its debut this Friday, as we face Nottingham Forest in the opening game of the Sky Bet Football League season before featuring in a further 1,655 Football League matches.
All 72 Football League teams will play home fixtures with a customised version of the Mitre Delta Hyperseam, featuring club logos and colours.
Bespoke editions of the ball will be used for the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy and the Capital One Cup, which kicks off on Tuesday 12th August.
The innovative Mitre Delta Hyperseam possesses the accuracy, speed and power of a stitched football whilst retaining the control and consistency of a bonded football.
There was a total of 4,717 goals scored in all Football League competitions last season and fans will be hoping the new Mitre Delta Hyperseam hits the back of the net as freely this time around.
