My guess would be that it is Nick Rhodes of Duran Duran. Just a feeling.

I've never really liked Duran Duran, but if Toronto was a bit closer to New York I might have gone. You should never turn down live music because you think you won't like it. Live music = good music 99 times out of 100 IF it really is being played live with real instruments.
