2 weeks ago I ordered tickets for the 2 matches and due to previous problems with the receipt of tickets by post I opted to collect the tickets from the Amex. I received an e-mail confirming my purchase which stated
Delivery Method: Collection from Amex Stadium
Tickets will be available to collect from the Amex Stadium. If collecting on a home match day we strongly advise arriving at least two hours before kick-off.
I have just been to the Amex to collect them to be told that they have not yet received them. I understand that they have to wait for the tickets to be sent but nowhere on the e-mail or on the club website does it mention when the tickets should be collected. Stupidly I thought that with less than 2 weeks to go before the Southend game they would be available for collection. I am p*ssed off having wasted time this morning going to the Amex to collect them.
