What's with the black tar pitch on.the ground on parts of Hove seafront. Don't get that in Chelsea ! The council needs to re concrete or pref re tile Hove seafront, which would look great.

It was all over the place when I ran the Phoenix 10k on Wednesday! (Hove Lawns to Shoreham) Looked like it had just been done, mainly tar with small bits of gravel randomly thrown on it! It was a right old mess!

It's all over the place in Brighton and Hove now, I don't understand it. It's horrible to cycle over, bumpy and uneven. The state of the roads around the city is a shambles, there are pot holes all over the place, it's dangerous for cyclists with road tyres.
