What a pointless stat that is. Bournemouth will walk it next season as they have the smallest ground by a mile in the Prem!!

Winning it is obviously pointless for that exact reason.

However as a piece of information it's not useless at all. With everyone banging on about what clubs are spending and FFP it's interesting to see what the likely ticket turnover compared to running costs is.

And you can't deny that the Massive Wednesday who actually invented football and being working class should never be 47th. Anything short of first for such titans of the game is embarrassing.

the usual tickets sold vs attendance. Has any one been to the Emirates lately ... come to think of it the Amex too .as people say stats can be interpreted in a number of ways. !! i think most people know that the Gooners have sold a lot of season tickets with matching atendees !!

Doesn't having a ground that holds 250,000 people just prove what footballing behemoths they are though?

If you look at bandings by capacity at every 10k, then for grounds with a capacity of between 30-40,000 we come 6th.

Far more impressive.
