Good deal for Liverpool imho. Might well be a player where attitude proves an obstacle. £100 mill for Torres and Sterling....nice work if you can get it.

And you can guarantee The Bindippers will make 5 astonishingly bad purchases with the money.

It's a win/win all round for Chelsea, Utd and Arsenal.

Once again next season's Premier League will look exactly like all the other ones.

Can only commend Liverpool for getting that high a fee, especially given Sterlings unprofessionalism in recent months. Crazy that it's larger than all of the following cost:

Ozil: £42m
Aguero: £38m
Mata: £37m
Costa: £32m
Hazard: £32m
Sanchez: £32m
Fabregas: £30m
Silva: £30m

With at least 3 of the 5 coming from Southampton.

Good player but 50 million + signing on fee + wages (add in agents fee)?

A prime example of why the Premier League and all its money just stinks. A bunch of overpaid chancers who don't give a damn about anyone and anything other than themselves. Kiss that shirt, no not that one, this one.
