That's know as 'backward point'.

Edit: 'backward square leg' I got my 'on' and 'off' mixed up.

Although they would have to be fairly forward. So I guess such a position could exist in its own right.

Law 41.5 If more than 2 fielders behind square would be a no-ball. Rule brought in to negate the infamous 'leg theory' tactic of the 'bodyline' Ashes series of 32-33 to try and stop Bradman scoring runs.
