The game finishes at 3-1 to Blackpool here at Lancaster. Manager happy with the first run out from his players.

This was posted on the Tangerine Knights Facebook page on Thursday 9th July.

Tomorrow morning at Manchester Civil Justice Centre the owner of online fans forum Back Henry Street (BHS) faces a Case Management Hearing regarding the claim made against BHS.
Kick-off is 10:30am.
This action is being brought against the site as they did not hand over the personal details of some posters, therefore the site is being taken to court rather than the individual posters - as happened previously with three other fans.
We will keep you informed what happens, also if anything is confirmed about when and if the main hearing will take place.
Every single TK also wish the owners of the site all the best for tomorrow.

Message from the owner of BHS just posted on the site:
Just to let you all know, the conference went well I think.
There isn't much to report as it was mainly covering procedure and dates for all the information I have to submit.
The Claimants have had a request for a forensic computer expert denied.

They need to keep fighting, it's the only way and it works, I don't know about other football fans of other teams but I was proud to see them get it abandoned.

Much as I agree with their protests it seems inevitable that the FL will freely doc points and they be relegated and within 2 years could go out of business. What they need is a knight in shining armour to bid for the club to take it from Oyston.
