They are in legal dispute over the fact they've infringed at all. Expect the case to be settled around 2 September.

Just after the window shuts and they have signed who they wish. They will then pay their fine and have a 12 month embargo placed

Not forgetting 60m parachute payments over the next 3 seasons. It would take one hell of an effort to break FFP rules - up to 13m loss - with that lot added up.

QPR would never have been subject to a transfer embargo anyway. They got promoted, so their punishment - the one that they're having the legal battle about - was a fine commensurate with the amount they spent.
