Footballers on £250k a week and costing tens of millions
Submarines being replaced at the cost of billions
New airport runways so we can have cheaper air fares
Billions on new railway links so we can knock off minutes on the journey to Manchester
Millions spent on pieces of art
Or maybe closer to home
£8m to alter Valley Gardens
£300k to sack a council CEO
£2.4m being spent of a few slabs of concrete for travellers
Yet we are unable to ensure people that fall on hard times don't at least get a roof over their head and one hot meal a day. Utterly disgusting, immoral and corrupted - we're a disgraceful race.
