Do Albion have to formally issue a retained list as at today or is it assumed that if we don't we are keeping everybody?

I'm pretty sure it was announced before the last two games of the season, once we were safe.

Gave details of players let go, such as CMS and Players who were offered new contracts Calde etc, everyone else is then to be considered retained.

Yes it is more the players Hughton inherited, still under contract that he doesn't want and wants to put on the transfer list.
