Chris Wood is not that great a player. He is good at getting on the end of crosses at the back post. When he was on loan at Millwall he was sucessfully because they played with Liam Feeney Danny N'Guessan and James Henry as wide players back then.

Most other places he has been he hasn't been that sucessful.

If he signs for another team - "No way is he worth that kinda money"

I'd say you are roughly 100% WRONG.

Classic NSC would dictate that if he signed for us - "no way is he worth that" and if he signs elsewhere "there's another we've missed out on. WTF is Burke doing? Barber OUT"

They have also signed Sol Bamba who I wish we'd signed. Not too bothered about Wood, although he does enjoy playing against us, never took to him personally.

Whilst Wood has hit the net a few times against us since leaving (including one belter), I've never been particularly impressed with his performances.

Too bad. Boo hoo. Club's had more than enough chances to sign him in the past. Would have scored more than the combined tally of the muppets we had up front last season.
