Computer help needed

My computer has managed to pick up a crappy virus that's basically turning into a giant advert.

But virtue of the fact my in house tech support is turning it off and on again, I'm stuffed.

I have no idea why 'BullGuard' didn't pick it up, but now I'm stuck with it, and everything I'm trying from Factory reset to basic Windows downloads is coming up short.

Any advice, for a numpty, would be greatly appreciated.

try malwarebytes and ccleaner to see if either of those can get rid of it.

Had a similar problem last night and with advice from NSC used malwarebytes and Chrome settings and cleared the virus out.

I wouldn't have thought you'd of had any energy for porn after that epic ride yesterday.
I picked up the virus (while on NSC) a couple of days ago!!!
