Blimey, The Arms was my 'local' (I lived about 4 miles away!) when I was in the 6th form at The Weald - sunk all my Saturday job cash in there. I love that it's become an Albion haunt!

The landlord is a big BHA fan, and tonight the NWSS (North west Sussex Seagulls) are holding their AGM there.

Is it still Shak running the place? He started running it in my time, remember bumping into him at the play-off final in Cardiff.

Did anyone ask him about stuff when he was in The Albion after the sackings? I wanted to but just ended up buying him a pint cos it didn't seem right. Been meaning to chase him up - my favourite interviewee.

A little harsh, whether people thought it was misplaced or not, his loyalty to Poyet was commendable because ultimately it cost him a thoroughly deserved testimonial against Liverpool at the Amex.
