Harsh, he's only 18 and has shown glimpses of quality. I wouldn't be disappointed, he's got plenty of potential.

Do we not want and need players to go straight into the 1st XI.
In the case of RB, and with Bruno’s departure, I think the key is to get someone in who is good competition for 1st choice. Hopefully good enough to be first choice TBD.
