PURPLE Bricks

Hello.

Anyone used Purple Bricks to sell their property before? Looks INTERESTING but I don't like to make ANY life decisions before hearing what the great minds of NSC think.

Just sold my house ... gave a lot of thought to them and the Sarah Beeney lot but I'm not sure the buying public are fully latched on to it yet. Dealing with a call centre isn't everyone's cuppa nor is trying to negotiate direct.

There are add ons too (bit like the low cost airlines) and although my view of Estate Agents is little better than bottom feeders they do have a "hot list" of buyers and if you're a nasty fekker you can squeeze the price to 1%, even below (got mine at 0.75%)

IMO In 'n' years time places like Purple Bricks will be the norm but not just yet maybe
