The BBC are saying that there could be a billion audience watching.

I don't really know much about women's football but I'm willing to give it ago.

In a pile of football shirts
Media certainly hyping it up

Isn't it more a case of the BBC are banging on about it mo stop, mercilessly, at every opportunity, regardless, and SSN covers it as part of their comprehensive sports coverage. Not sure any other media even knows it's happening.

I work in a school of football mad kids and staff and I've not heard a single person mention it. I think the viewing figures being trotted out are completely made up.

As an aside, I have a photo of me with the women's World Cup.

I'll be watching, at least while we are still in contention. Incidently do they swap shirts at the end...or take them off and throw a tizzy if they're red carded?

I think this is an appropriate moment to share this again, I know this photo has a huge following on NSC. The delightful Miss Schweinstiger
