I totally understand the decision to do this, I cannot help agreeing with this comment though:

Greg Clarke: "I am in no doubt whatsoever that our clubs make employment decisions for managerial and coaching positions on the basis of merit alone"

If a black manager does not get a job it is invariably because he was not the best man for the job, not because he is black.
