Who knows what might happen. BZ has said he'd one day like to come back to Brighton to "help us out" or words to that effect and during the early Falmer years I suspected our ambitions, and Bobby's advancing years, would mean there was little possibility of it happening. We're not the little old club that Bobby once played for any more.
But we're a team that lacks goals, lacks leadership, lacks players that connect with the fans. Bobby isn't the target man we should pin our play-off hopes on but if we could afford him I'd say he's worth a season's contract.
