In Marseille for a week with the missus, and thinking of going to Marseilles last game of the season. Given they are ruled by ultras, this town is a bit rough round the edges, they've not been doing too well and it's a Saturday 9pm fixture, anyone know if it's likely to be safe? Cheers

only experience of Marseille was with England, France 98.
wasn't quite the tour of Marseille i wanted , i was running with groups of African locals running behind us trying to sell us knives ,chains and lumps of wood.
at least i think they were trying to sell us them.

Never been to watch the footie there but spent a weekend in Marseilles watching the Rugby World Cup Quarter Finals in 2007 and couldn't speak highly enough of the place.
