Saw this in the Sunday Times,I think it was.
Don't know the area at all, but what cannot be denied is that the country as a whole needs to build a hell of a lot more houses,if youngsters and others are ever going to have a chance of owning their own home.
Don't think I could refuse an offer of £275 million.Hey,I could then give the Albion a few bob to buy a couple of strikers!

Top man!

People go on about distributing the wealth around the UK more fairly but want to cramm as many new houses into the South East as possible supporting the London based economy. Also with over 600K empty houses in the UK (Gov figures not mine) shouldn't these be put back into the system first or does that not support the developers money making schemes.
