Am i right that we could pocket an extra few million in transfer fees if Leicester & Sunderland stay up? From the terms of the Ulloa, Buckley, and Bridcutt transfers?

Yes,that's right,should be able to get some really nice soft furnishings for the hotel with the extra money.
One club,one ambition etc.
