Yes.
Bent was a coup on loan, given the shite we've borrowed beforehand. To get him on a permanent transfer would be just the kind of boost this club needs. He's proved at Derby, given the right service, he can be brilliant in this division. In addition to some quality wingers and a few signings here and there we'd have a very good team going into next season.
