When was the last time we POACHED a manager ?

When was the last time we got a new manager from a different club rather than one that is on the scrap heap ?

Why for once can't we go for a manager who is actually having success at the time instead of one proved to be no good like Hughton sacked from his last job ?

Hughton was on the scrap heap and no other club would employ him apart from us. We're his retirement fund as when his contract runs out then he'll retire.

Wouldn't have said that was exactly true, he was always being linked with management roles at clubs in both Premiership and Championship. If we hadn't got him, some other club would have done so not long after.
