Quite brilliant acting by Sheridan smith playing lisa lynch who died of breast
cancer.

It was the best thing I have seen on TV for years!

If you missed it, it will be on I player soon and I thoroughly recommend it.

Yes very moving.

What has she been in before?

Thoughts with all those going through something similar.

Ah yes, Cilla, also very good.

Can understand why you didn't watch, all the best to you & yours.

Sheridan is one of my favourite actresses - very versatile and always excellent. This was an outstanding performance which I hope gets recognized in next years awards season. I think she first came to prominence in two pints of lager etc and hasn't looked back since.

Worthing
Spoke to Kris (end scene on Brighton beach) via Twitter, the whisky was real, and somehow the scene required four takes. Hic!

Abort, retry, fail
I thought it was quite disappointing and I didn't find it particularly emotive, being a dramatisation.

However, I don't think I will ever be moved so much as watching 'Dying to Live' - following Kris Hallenga and her cancer journey.

She made a cameo at the end on Brighton beach.
