The trajectory of the ball was taking it inside the post until it hit the sand :facepalm: In the old days it would have just stuck in a muddy patch.

Clearly deviated wide when it hit the sand; it was a perfect header from COG and would've been a goal. Stuff like that just tends to go against you when you're not scoring.

Good for them! Acknowledging their bit of luck. 'Sand of God' - I like it!

Wish it had worked for us instead though.
