Now that we are safe (minus an absolute catastrophe, which is not going to happen) - we can start planning for the final day.

Couple of years ago at Barnsley was great fun - this year I suggest it would be fitting for theme to be Iñigo Calderón Appreciation.

We cover the away end (500 or so brilliant fans) in Basque Flags, and anything Basque themed!. This might be his last ever game for us

There are people that think he doesn't deserve a new full time playing contract - fair enough - but everyone can get behind this show of support for him to stay with the club in some capacity, and if this is his final game - he deserves a great send off.

Even if it isn't - a show of appreciation and support is the least we can do for our player of the season.

Great idea.

I won't be at Boro, but I will be taking the Basque Flag on Saturday.

I think it will be his last appearance at The Amex for the Albion.

Much as I love the bloke, if we want to be successful next season, he's not really good enough or quick enough I'm afraid. I would defiantly keep him on in some capacity, but he may still want to play, and if he does, good luck to him.

I will buy one now from Amazon and bring it Saturday. I urge others to do the same.

I am doing it to show the man and the club we want him to get a new deal - not to say goodbye!!

I also suggest lots of Calde songs pls!

I don't care that we'll get smashed, this has given me something to look forward to. Great idea OP..

The guy is a total legend and deserves a Calderon day.

And a new contract that takes his into player/coach Tanno style.

Calderon, Calderon you to us are king
Calderon, Calderon you can hear us sing
Loved by the fans
Our own Spanish don
Calderon, Calderon, Calderon

Or

Calde, wherever you may be
You are the king of the Basque Country
As you don the stripes of BHAFC
We will all all bow down to our King Calde

Or we could could just sing "Inigo Calderon" throughout the game.

As opposed to a flag, I will be wearing red & yellow, and yes, I will cry at the end if I think it's his last appearance

I that man!
