As an aside to the "1st Swallow" thread and complaints concerning untoward activity down there during the daytime, I would like to know if you like to use that area for recreation i.e. for the enjoyable bracing walk during the day to the, ahem, other thing that goes on at night.

It was mooted a while back that the area was going to be redeveloped. As that still going ahead?

The poll is anonymous (obviously).

Personally, I don't have a problem if people do it discreetly at night. It's just not nice during the day....and to be honest it's probably better that you can't see each other in the dark.

I don't know. Email the council and ask permission for a semi-permanent erection down there and come back and tell us what they say.
