Chris Hughton wants a quick decision from the Football League about Rotherham's fate

First published in Albion by Andy Naylor, Chief sports reporter
Albion boss Chris Hughton has demanded a quick decision by the Football League on Rotherham fielding the ineligible Farrend Rawson against his team.
The Millers were charged on Monday with using the on-loan Derby defender in their 1-0 win over the Seagulls on April 6.

The Argus revealed yesterday Hughton expects them to be docked three points. He also wants a swift verdict from a disciplinary commission due to the implications for the relegation and promotion battles in the Championship.
Hughton said: “I think it's very important for everybody and it's very important for Rotherham, to know exactly where they stand.
“If it does happen (points deduction) that will possibly affect how they approach their next game. There are only three games left so I think it's important that they make a decision very quickly.”
Rotherham are 21st, two places and two points below Albion and five clear of the relegation zone. Their next match a week tomorrow is at home to Hughton's old club Norwich, who are chasing automatic promotion.
