It was an item about getting black ex-players into corporate roles within football clubs.

I wondered if Barber had sent him on the course, he said it would "be good to be able to do an admin job when I stop being a manager" which sounded a bit odd.

At this point in time it would be better for him to concentrate on goals on the pitch rather than off it.

Yes, perhaps he should be scouring the reports from our huge scouting network to find someone who knows what the big wooden thing with a net is! Rather than twitting about on the radio
