Several Brighton & Hove Albion and Albion in the Community staff - and club chairman Tony Bloom - completed the 2015 Brighton Marathon, for a number of worthy causes.
AITC and club volunteers also manned the 14-mile drinks station and cheered on runners as they reached just over the halfway stage in the race.
Bloom completed the course in under four hours in a bid to raise £100,000 for charity Overcoming MS - and he's currently raised just over £76,000 at the time of writing.

Writing on his Just Giving page, Bloom explained, "My beautiful wife Linda was diagnosed with MS some twelve years ago. From being totally incapacitated, she has continued to improve her health over the years through following the OMS lifestyle based recovery program.
"She was so inspired by her own recovery that she established the OMS charity, which we are both Trustees of, in order to share this evidence-based approach with the global MS community."
AITC chief operating officer Gary Townsend ran pushing Jadey Yesilada, a wheelchair user who lives with cerebral palsy, and completed the course in just under five-and-a-half hours. The pair have already smashed their target of £4000 - but their Just Giving page is still open for donations.

Meanwhile fellow AITC staff member David Freeborn ran his 100th marathon! Running in memory of his late wife Emma in aid of Breast Cancer Campaign. David too has beaten his target but his page too is still open for donations.
