I heard that last season Nathan took most of the training.

He certainly did well as a caretaker manager in December earning us 4 valuable points. He then acted as assistant manger to Hughton and we were doing reasonably well.

Since then Colin Calderwood has come in and Jonah is confined to being first team coach. We've also stopped scoring goals and are struggling for every point.

Are we missing his nous?
