Get a good bit of sand up near the Shoreham power station but access poor and can be grubby,best bet is in front of carrots cafe .

I'm thinking of trying places west of the Rust Pier, for a change. Would be easier to get to (less traffic) from my home.

Saltdean/Rottingdean where s its at nice cafe and pub with beach views and not jam packed
