i was always taught a good matching tie is important,going out in public like that with a paisley tie and tweed jacket is asking for ridicule,it probably has patches on the elbows as well

If that was me i wouldnt care about the tie,i would be basking in the glory of those wonderful mutton chops.
still,no need for a tweed jacket under any circumstances.

I have one exactly the same as that hat, even to the missing handle. When not wearing it as a hat I use mine to strain pasta.

Thing is, I'm not sure he's that committed a pastafarian... tweed jacket and Paisley tie aren't very piratical.
