Just caught a bit of this and it might be our very own Dale Stephens is involved in one of the renovations. Had a builder on who has bought a property in Manchester with his son Dale who is a professional footballer for Charlton (it was filmed in 2013).

Yeah he tweeted in 2014 that it was his dad on Homes under the hammer (guessing this is a repeat).

My only worry was his dad saying he wants to move back north! Hopefully that was just because he was at Charlton!
