Trying to buy tickets for Norwich game. I get instant access to the stadium plan for most games, but for this game I must sign in first?
Enter fan number and password and get a message saying 'undefined'. Tried a couple more times, used various versions of passwords, no change. Asked website for new temporary password, received it via email immediately (at least this confirms my fan number). I have now tried with this temporary password and got the same result! Anyone got any clues?
