You know that day when the fixtures come out and the first thing we all do is look for our best away trip? And who the last game be will against? And sometimes it’s one of those when it all comes together and we’re going away on the last day to another seaside town on a Bank Holiday jollyboys. Some of you might have looked for a Blackpool weekender in your fixtures – there isn’t a league recently we haven’t been in!

Well this season, we’re inviting you all to have one with us – except Bolton! We reckon It might be your last chance – we’re going down this year – but that’s not half the story.* We’re in serious danger of dropping out of the leagues altogether. What’s been done to us in the last few seasons could happen to any club in the country – and you had years of abuse - there’s nothing in the way the modern game is run to stop it. We’re organising a massive fans united protest to stand shoulder to shoulder with other fans on May 2nd at Blackpool.* We’re inviting any of you that fancy a Blackpool trip on the last Saturday of the FL to come and show unity with other like-minded fans and show those that run the game that we can’t be ignored.

Most fans won’t have anything really to bother about by the last game – so come to Blackpool and get some cheap beer, a cheap B&B maybe and meet others who care about what used to be our game and our way of life.

In the words of another former club chairman, the owners of Blackpool ‘trousered the lot’ of the Premiership windfall.* What you probably don’t know is that they are taking fans through court for alleged libel, extracting money and apologies from us to stay out of court, goading us on message boards, and abusing fans with disabilities in personal texts (see FA text-gate investigation). We have to watch our step and what we say. But they can’t stop us boycotting and protesting. It’s our club, we want it back. It could be your club, and you wouldn’t stand for it either!

We want the last day to be our party. We know many of you from games in recent seasons or we’ve stood with you on England duty in years gone by. We know we’re stronger together than divided. We won’t stop fighting them – we have our own independent candidate standing in the General Election on May7th – you can show your support for him by liking the www.facebook.com/VoteForAndy.Blackpool <http://www.facebook.com/VoteForAndy.Blackpool> <http://www.facebook.com/VoteForAndy.Blackpool> *and follow his campaign on twitter at @Vote4Andy2015 <https://twitter.com/Vote4Andy2015>

Come and join us on May 2nd and show what real fans can do together.

We always seem to get our away game against you in the dead of winter. And, however badly you're playing, we always play worse against you. I won't be around, but wish you all the best. I also hope you get rid of Oyston.

I feel sorrr for Blackpool and support their cause but the AMF campaign can **** off. Nostalgic ideas who overlook all that's good with the game now and in the main still continue to go and watch it despite their AMF 'beliefs'.

Against obscene money and prices in football would be more appropriate.

Yep we recognised the support you got from other clubs when you called for it...a great day. gave us the idea again.

Anyone welcome to join us. We've been boycotting Oyston FC most of the season and only 3000 numpties attended for the last Leeds game. But this one is open to whatever you fancy...protest outside with us then all go on the piss en masse....or go and watch some dreadful football on a cabbage patch but with others from all around the country anywhere in the home ends. We may take protest inside ground but most can't bring themselves to give that family a penny more, so it'll be STH's only. And then go on the piss en masse.

If you need help we can sort accommodation through B&B association and there's always easy ways to get tickets sorted out.

If you can't make it, thanks for the support you've shown. Some clubs have class and it shows. You know the arrogant ones and the alright jacks! If you want to support Andy's campaign just like and share his page on FB ... we need to show the media how football fans around the country think the same and it's not just a few locals!

Cheers

Meanwhile our Chairman this week has issued legal proceedings against the Chief Exec of Blackpool Council for allowing a protest to take place on council run/ public land next to the ground. Another attempt to silence fans in future with bully boy tactics. Other fans this week reported to the police that they have had 3am knocks on the door warning them theyre deadmen and been followed at night by carloads of heavies...the same individuals that are standing up the Oystons in court. Coincidence?

First they laughed at us, then they mocked us, then they fought us, then we won.

Now that a good few years have passed, I think one of the game changers for our campaign was that we were just too much hassle for B..l A....r, and the adverse publicity was affecting his business reputation.

I would try not to let the Oyston family build a reputation as tough nosed hard men. Publicity-worthy humorous stunts mocking their greed and incompetence may well be a better weapon.

Crossing my fingers for you guys.

Good luck with this campaign, our fans didn't sit idly by in the mid 1990s, they showed no complacency and neither should you.

I choose to stand with you on May 2nd, I'll be there in my Brighton shirt to support your campaign.

Great response fellas.

We've had all sorts of stunts going on to do exactly that. Skins as thick as rhinos that lot though!
