As there are two English errors in the first two words I can't be bothered I'm afraid. Don't people care any more?

The participation and consent form is littered with errors. Sentences don't make sense. There are spelling and grammatical errors.

However, that shouldn't detract from the survey.

Sadly, you only need to be careful with English when it comes to life and death situations. Unless you are in education and want to right some wrongs.

Don't go in to medicine or any other industry that relies on an accurate grasp of the English language.
