All you need is a "nice clear horizon and view of the sky".
It's about not having tall buildings or trees blocking the view.
Useful tips there. I was going to try to look at it through a tall building or a tree, but now I know I actually need to be able to see the sky, I think I'll have a good chance of catching this.
