Stockdale - 7. Did all he needed to but not a tough night for him
Greer - 7
Halford 6.5
Bruno - 7
Bennett - 6, unlucky with a great free kick but gave the ball away too much
Holla - 5.5 pedestrian
Kayal - 7.5 one of the few who looked up for it
Stephens - 6 didn't notice him much
Calderon - 5 poor game by his standards
Best - 4 one good shot, couple of nice turns but cut a lazy and frustrated figure
CMS - 3 feel sorry for the guy but every last ounce of confidence has gone

LuaLua - 6 usual mix of trickery and theatrics, defended a bit better than usual
Tex - 7 tried to make things happen
COG - 6

Can't be bothered to score individual players so instead :

Defense - 7. Did what they had to against a poor Millwall front line.

Midfield - first half 4. Second half - 6.

Attack - CMS/Best - 3. Enough said . COG/Tex/Lua Lua - 6 didn't get enough time.

Hughton - 5 . I am a big fan of his but disappointed in his team selection. Said this before kick off ( so not a case of moaning after the event) - game was crying out for COG.

Fans (Albion) 10. Kept singing up to final whistle.

Fans (Millwall) 0 - for the simple fact there weren't any!!!

Agree about the line up, but it was slightly better than the one chosen for Reading.

Hope we can get across the line ASAP, and start planning for next season.

We could've carried on playing all night and neither team would have scored.

Keeper and defence: 6

Midfield: 5

Front 2: 3. Playing long balls to CMS to knock onto Best (who is probably a foot taller) made no sense to anyone around me, nor myself. Best looked frustrated as well as sh*t. CMS ran around a lot but never ever looked like scoring, and spent half the night throwing his hands up in the air asking for fouls.

Subs:

Lua Lua: 6 - didn't do a lot but not much service.

Texeira: 6 - the only player in the entire side who seemed to want to attack.

O'Grady: 6 - By far and away more threatening than the other 2 who started. He's seriously upset Hughton somehow.

Corrected that for you

I'm surprised the defence are scoring so high Halford and Greer were very very poor last night

Different perspectives are funny. I thought the defence did okay and was impressed by Halford, especially as he's hardly played recently.

In fairness to Best, it was by far the most effective I've seen him play for us (although that's more a reflection on his previous poor performances than him playing amazingly last night). I thought CMS was very poor (although he wasn't alone).
