Always thought in the Poyet years that a midfield enforcer was the missing piece of the jigsaw that we needed to go up in addition to the fancy football
We definately need one now and thought Holla would be that man, haven't seen Kayal to know if he fits the bill

I'm too young to remember Nobby but the chaps I go with are and they agreed that Kayal is indeed very Hortonesque.
I love the way he sticks his foot in but can boss it with the ball at his feet, jump high for a relatively short chap and has a great engine. We literally robbed Celtic. He's the kind of player that Robbie Savage thinks he was.

The trouble with Chippy, Crofts and Charley was/is that they're too slow, hence why they always looked likely to get a red-card challenge in at any given point.
