if Bournemouth made it to the Premiership this season?

Nothing specifically against them, you understand.
But it would mean all of our local-ish main rivals would have made it to the promised land before we do.

Palarse
Southampton
Reading
Pompey
Charlton
have all been there

Means we would be in the Gillingham / Borient / Brentford / Crawley category of having never made it to the prem [old Div 1 not considered].

Annoying?

Brentford are still in the play-off places and Bournemouth in an automatic one, still chance both could make the leap up this year...

Personally I'm not fussed about what other teams do (bar PalARSE) or don't go up. Maybe if Bouremouth go up they'll let us have Elphick back? Certainly an improvement on aging Greer.

Nope, couldn't care less.

They are noooooooooo waaaayyyy near ready and will come straight back down.

Have a look at the bottom 3 in the prem this season :)

We WILL be promoted soon, and we WILL be ready for it when we are.

Eh? You realise we've been in the top division before, right?
