Albion manager Chris Hughton has warned it will be tough to keep the Wolves from the door yet again.
Wanderers, relegated on their last visit to the Amex, are 18 points and 11 places above the Seagulls in the Championship.
Kenny Jackett's side head for the Amex tomorrow only four points off the play-off places but Albion have lost just three of the last 23 meetings between the clubs.
Hughton said: "Having come up a division they are doing very, very well. They have a way of playing that they don't change too much, a manager who is vastly experienced and has done well where ever he has managed.
"At Millwall with the resources he had he did a magnificent job and when he went to Wolves they had gone down a division and he had to clear a lot of players at that time, which is never easy.
"It's a big club and they could get promotion so they have got a lot to play for. They thoroughly deserve to be where they are.
"They have a lot of good things going for them. They don't change the team too much, players that have performed very well for them and strikers capable of scoring goals.
"I expect them to come here to try to win, not to sit back and try to catch us on the break. They have been 4-4-2 for most of the season and I think they will look at it as an opportunity to win.
"We're on the back of a very tough (last home) game against Derby, where we had a very difficult period in the second half and had to dig deep to get through it.
"There could be periods like that on Saturday, so we'll need to be resolute because they are a good team. But we're playing at home and our home form has been good."
