Season ticket problem for tomorrow

My lad has posted our tickets thru to us for tomorrow's game but no one here to sign for them and we are off on the train before Post Office opens in the morning
What's the procedure at the ground for getting replacement tickets for the game please
Obviously we will be charged

fiver each replacement ticket (at the booths near club shop) is what i was charged last month....but if u tell them they were roasted in the oven its free

Yep - I've got my S/Ts here in NY, forgot to give them to my son last time I flew back. Phoned the ticket office and they printed off replacements for a fiver each. Left at ticket office in the store and my son picked them up before the game.
