England U-20 rugby at the Amex - travel arrangements?

Does anybody have any information about the travel arrangements for the England U-20 rugby fixture at the Amex next Friday? Will Park and Ride be in use, and if so which venues, and must tickets be purchased in advance? Are there any other parking options?

I ask, because I purchased tickets for family in Eastbourne (my nephew is an U-16 rugby player) and I would like to be able to advise my brother-in-law of travel options.

How many tickets have they sold for the game I was hoping that it might sell out but I think its only the lower tiers open what is the size of crowd going to be.

It was announced at my daughter's rugby club that there were only a few tickets left - don't know if this was just hype but I do think it's going to be popular

EDIT: Just had a look - East stand is sold out as is most of the West but plenty of availability in the North (South and upper tiers aren't open)
