Am I right in thinking that the winners of the Europa league get a place in next years Champions league? So if Everton win it and come down into the Championship, then Champions League next year for the Championship!

I'm always surprised at the number of empty seats for these fixtures. I know it's not the Champions League, but for teams like Everton and Spurs they're surely attractive matches....or perhaps not.
