Perhaps a remedy might be to use the social media available to increase it. This forum is really popular by any standard, and a link to a youtube upload link could fastrack new songs as they evolve. How about getting some going under the North Stand after the games and filming them for upload, so people could get the gist quickly.

Love to hear one to the tune of Lazy Sunday Afternoon, for instance.

Any other tunes anyone thinks might be useful to filch?

It is poor, things only seem to catch on at away games and then get brought back to the AMEX where nobody decides to Join in.

Home fans are basic bitches when it comes to songs. No one really likes to sing anything new.

Need a song for Kayal and Baldock... even if its a basic theres on one *insert players name*.

Hold on....you can't criticise the Amex faithful or occasionals for not joining in...the songs eminating from the North Stand are shite. Often it's almost an inaudible guteral mumble, often without an ounce of imagination or rhyme. Over the years the repetoire has gone backwards. It's embarassing, I don't blame anyone for not joining in. You just hope it goes away.

We should chip in and hire a poet laureate to create a few songs for us or hire the opera singer.
