I saw that earlier. I thought he was quite reasonable.

He says they're missing their two top strikers and could have had that game sewn up by 60 minutes. I don't see much to argue about, do you? Hardly sour grapes.

Granted, but as they had the better of the game and lost, you cannot make excuses for lack of firepower or what if.
Brighton's strikers have not been scoring as much as they should, but we do muddle on.
Maybe sour grapes a bit much, but if you lose move on to next match :)

If they had Bent and Martin upfront then our tactics may of been different who knows what would of happened you can't really say the game would of been won inside 60mins.

Pretty much agree with Mr McClaren but his memory must be poor. We had 8 shots ( not 2 ) with 4 on target. Granted they ran us ragged for long periods last night ( 19 shots, 5 on target ) but his dismissive laughing at the quality of our goals is piss poor. The first goal was a little scrappy but the second invovled both quality passing and finishing, which had it been his boys he would have been praising the quality.

Agree he was very disrespectful just like his team were ,they started to believe their own hype and that is the reason they lost .
Derby in my opinion could be the best team in the division like they were last season and deserve to go up ,but once again they feel they are far too superior to lose to anyone which unless they change will be their downfall once again .

Love the way he strokes his face as if to soothe himself from his amex nightmare.

Over the course of the season, our striker situation has been much worse than Derby's sudden striker shortage - bit of perspective here Steve pls, you've nothing to really complain about.
