Going by last seasons points 2 wins will be enough to keep us up, feeling very confident now CH is doing a great job so far

I think you are right. The bottom three are having a nightmare and our reasonable GD is as good as another point. Wigan have the players to get out of it, but that still leaves strugglers such as Rotherham as a buffer for us.

We have to go to Millwall, Wigan and Rotherham. Think Chris will set out his stall not to lose those games with a win being a bonus. We get one point and they don't get 3.

Feeling good.

Millwall will be a great one to win. Increase the points gulf between us and another nail in their relegation coffin.

Beat Millwall on St Patrick's Day, and we stay up.

How much better (points wise) were we doing at this stage last season?

We had 16 points more at this stage last season and Doncaster the team that went down in third from bottom, had three points less than our total now. Millwall have 6 points less than Doncaster did at this stage.

We are closer to the team in 10th than we are to the relegation zone. But there's a big gap above that somewhere to the playoffs....

After 35 games last season we had 56 points (40 this year)
We'd just beaten Bolton away, and that very very similar game against QPR at the Amex where we got away with a 2-0 victory.

After that dreadful game against Millwall before Christmas, we were 5 points behind Millwall (who were 17th in the table)
We'd struggled as we all know to a mere 19 points from 22 games under SH.

Since then , post Hyypia, our league record has been P13, W6, D3, L4 - 21pts and we're now of course a healthy 9 points clear from 3rd bottom who happen to be Millwall...
Rather boringly i've worked out that thats 1.6 points a match post Sami, which means if we'd kept that up all season we'd have 56/57 points after 35 games...
Exactly the same as at this stage in play off 2013/14. Blimey.
